Teams & Teamwork
For us, effective teamwork has always been the recipe for success.
The structure of each team is dictated either by overall company needs (e.g. testing and technical documentation teams), or by the specific needs of each project (i.e. project teams).
The most important outcome is that projects are set up with maximum speed and resources are assigned flexibly, thus avoiding bottlenecks when changes need to be implemented. The same person may play more than one role within the same project team, or may be involved in more projects at the same time. This way, there is always the opportunity to improve and acquire new skills, and nobody is missing out on the fun. ;)
