Some companies still believe in the surprise effect when conducting job interviews. But we are not that kind of company. We’d like you to know exactly what to expect if you agree to come for an interview, and also what will happen to you if you get the job :)

Interview

First of all we’ll invite you for an open discussion. The topics may vary from your previous professional experience to your future career plans. It is very likely that you will be talking to the RomSoft human resources manager, as well as one of our top managers.

If everything works out fine, a technical test will follow in a few days. The purpose of the technical test is for our project managers to get an overall idea about your practical skills in the specific areas required for the job. Please bear in mind that the technical test is a practical rather than a theoretical one, and it’s probably not going to be anything different from what you have already worked with. However, if you need more details, don’t hesitate to contact us.
