The unfolding of the first Codecamp event revealed how badly we missed, over the past years, real and constructive communication in the IT&C field in Iasi.

This first edition brought together a large number of software developers, students at the beginning of their careers, and gained the interest of many more.

The themes included Windows Communication Foundation (trainer Florin Cardasim, developer, RomSoft S.R.L. Iasi), Test Driven Development (trainer Vlad Balan, developer, RomSoft S.R.L. Iasi), Windows Mobile (trainers Dan Nicola, project manager maxcode and Sorin Oboroceanu, developer RomSoft S.R.L. Iasi) and Web Programming with ASP.NET MVC 1/2 (trainer Gabriel Enea, developer maxcode).

The post-event feedback gives organisers reason to hope for many more editions to come, given the thick pile of issues still left to be discussed, such as more new technologies and more practical exercises.
