Responsibilities

You will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, generating actionable insights that fuel our marketing growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is well-versed in leveraging various analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager, to derive meaningful insights from data and influence strategic business decisions.

You will join a project team of senior software developers and quality assurance experts and will:

Develop and implement an analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
Be responsible for all marketing data from beginning to end: quality, analysis, and reporting
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring business performance, conducting regular analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality
Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, Google Spreadsheets/Excel
Conduct a thorough check of our GA4 Analytics setup to ensure that it is functioning correctly
Test website functionality and ensure that ad tracking platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Bing Ads, etc., are tracking and reporting data accurately
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly on the performance of marketing activities and respond to analytic requests, using platform analytic tools (Google Analytics & Ads) and visual tools (Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI)

Requirements

Experience in web analytics using Google Analytics suite including Google Analytics (must have experience with GA3/GA4), LookerStudio (previously DataStudio), Tag Manager and proficiency in setting up tracking and reporting in GA4
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook, Bing Ads, and other ad tracking platforms
Familiarity with Google Sheets (API is a plus)
Proficient in any visual tool such as Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing and prioritizing workload effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with other team members and stakeholders
Strong attention to details to ensure that data is tracked and reported accurately
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for improvements.
Experience working with AWS solutions for JAVA deployments (Lambda, EC2, S3, ElastiCache)
