Job Description

  • We see you as a true people person, highly empathic, with a mindset on self-improvement and performance. Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Your role involves networking activities, both online and offline, advocating our employer brand, improving time-to-hire, and making sure we reach the best professionals.


  • Collaborate with management team to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
  • Create and distribute job descriptions
  • Engage in creative and proactive methods to source candidates on different platforms
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Write job offer letters
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Follow-up with candidates on the recruitment process status
  • Onboard new hires
  • Maintain an accurate and timely candidate database
  • Keep up with trends, innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
  • Act as a point of contact with local Universities and other external collaborators
  • Be part of the team organizing internship programs
  • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products


  • Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews
  • Initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Background or current experience in recruiting for the IT sector is a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Attention to details and organizational skills
