We’ve put a lot of energy in creating a transparent recruitment process. If you agree to join us for an interview, here’s what you need to know:
First, you’ll be invited to a technical interview. Please bear in mind that this test is rather practical than theoretical, and it is probably not going to be anything different from what you have already worked with. If everything works out fine, an open discussion will follow in a few days.
The topics may vary from your previous professional experience to your future career plans. It is very likely that you will be talking to the RomSoft human resources manager, as well as one of our top managers. No matter the outcome, we always give you our honest feedback and we’d be happy to hear it from you too. If at any time you need more details about the interview process, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Either it’s about OOP (object-oriented programming), Storytelling or German language – you can join these groups anytime, no strings attached. Also, there’s always room for diversification, if you’re the conversation starter type.
Professional Certificates – Whenever you think necessary, the company will fully cover your costs for professional certifications and external training courses. Moreover, study groups are organized during working hours to help you prepare for certification exams. If you’re the solitaire studying type, you can benefit of extra free paid days for the same purpose.
