Unfortunately, many of us have faced situations like the one described above at some point in our lives. Yet, we often struggle to recognize the early signs of burnout, or don’t know how to respond when they appear. That’s why the chance to speak with medical psychologist Loredana Iacob about burnout was both timely and appreciated.
Loredana guided us through concepts and real-life stories, step by step, showing us how crucial a safe, judgment-free environment is for open conversations about burnout – whether we’re experiencing it ourselves or supporting someone who is.
